Our minimum order for custom uniform manufacturing is 50 pieces per style. For larger programmes involving multiple garment categories, the combined minimum typically starts from 250 pieces, allowing access to volume pricing and dedicated production planning.
Do you manage repeat or ongoing orders?
Yes. We offer structured reorder support by maintaining your size data, production records, and fabric continuity, ensuring consistent quality and faster turnaround for repeat orders.
How do you ensure quality and consistency?
Every order undergoes strict quality checks at each stage of production. We focus on consistency in fabric, stitching, and finishing to ensure every garment meets our standards before dispatch.
How long does production take after design approval?
Standard custom orders are completed within 3 to 5 weeks, from fabric sourcing to dispatch. For large-scale orders above 2,000 pieces, timelines may extend to 6 to 8 weeks. Rush production (7–10 days) is available at a premium for selected ready designs.
